A Day in the Life of a Pharmacy Technician
On a typical day, you may
- Assist customers
- Compound medication
- Perform telephone triage
- Calculate dosages
- Fill and label prescriptions using computer software
- Count medication
- Order and inventory drugs
- Engage in third-party billing
